I have a new appreciation for all you moms & grandmas who manage to get in your at-home workouts with kids at home!!!
These 2 critters just left to head back home this morning... 😪 The house is strangely quiet, and I will miss them like crazy but it's time to get back into my regular routine.
It's amazing how busy life is when little ones are around and how little you seem to get done! But I wouldn't trade my time with them for the world!!! <3 <3 <3
Truth is that I went totally off the rails with my eating and exercise over the past couple of weeks so I am actually looking forward to digging in and being super ON POINT over the next 3 weeks with the ladies in my online fitness accountability group.
I've eaten out way too much, included too much alcohol in my meal plan (vacations & wedding oh my!), and either skipped my workouts or chose the easiest ones to do.
Now it's time to get serious, commit to ONE 21 DAY PROGRAM, stick to the prescribed meal plan, and do the workouts that are going to challenge me so I burn the most calories & get the best results!
Tomorrow morning I'll be weighing in and taking my "Goodbye" pictures. I'll be sharing them with my group. Then I'll be posting them publicly when my 21 days are done.
After 12 days with a 4 and 6 year old, I'm thinking this is gonna be a breeze!!! Wanna join me?
