So happy to be out of the exercise rut!
Last year in early December, I found a system that helped me lose 10 pounds btw December and January. 😲 And right after Thanksgiving, I’ll be teaching my students in The Second Half S.P.A.R.K. School what I did.
They are hard at work delving into who they truly are and what they want out of the time they have left and it’s so amazing to see how much they’ve grown in just a few short weeks.
Now that they’re rocking’ it on the inside, I’m gonna show them my tips and tricks for getting healthy on the outside.
And lord knows, I’ll be joining them because I myself could use a reset.
In my mind waiting until January to focus on good health is the mindset of most and I strive to be different. What kind of person STARTS focusing on weight loss right before the holidays?!?!
Because I am not your average kind of person!
I like to change the status quo ways of thinking!!!
