Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 90 days before the retreat will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations made up to 60 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund,Ā minus a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued within 60 days before the retreat. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason within 60 days of the retreat, you can gift your retreat spot to someone else. The person must be on the retreat roster within 2 weeks (14 days) of your cancellation request. Not Your Average Army, LLC will not refund any monies paid but will honor your spot for someone else. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse any transfer. Any request to gift a retreat will not be accepted within 14 days before the retreat.
