EP132: A Qualified Educator, Personal Trainer and Life Coach, my podcast guest this week is Cat Coluccio – aka the Midlife Success Coach – she is also an author, international speaker and coach, and a champion of midlife women.

A transplanted Australian, Cat lives in New Zealand with her husband, her grown children and grandson, plus an overabundance of cats and chickens. She is the author of a number of books, including her best selling 21 Hacks Series. The third book in the series – 21 Hacks to Rock your Midlife – was launched recently at the first ever Rocking Midlife®️ Virtual Summit.

In this episode, Cat and I talked about her firsthand experience as an empty nester and her love for cats and chickens, and all the valuable information she’s learned about menopause. This is such a fun interview as we share so much in common and I enjoyed hearing about her life!

Cat is the founder of both the Rocking Midlife®️ Community and Podcast, was the PSA NZ 2019 Fast-Track Scholarship Recipient, has been featured in numerous national and international publications, and is a regular presenter on international virtual stages. She lives by her personal philosophy: “It is never too late to have a new beginning in life.”

Her midlife reinvention started at age 43 when she was led down a path from homeschooling mom to now speaking on international platforms and having the privilege of encouraging thousands of women worldwide to create their own life of purpose.
